Gorgeous premises. Met the owner who was just so lovely and passionate about the store. Gluten free waffle cones my husband has not had for 20 years. Absolutely delicious.

Absolutely love Packed Cones!!! The flavours are fantastic, the staff are amazing and the atmosphere is just what the main street of Parkes has needed for a long time. The outdoor area is great for the kids to have a play and enjoy their gelatos. The only criticism I have is the lack of protection against the weather. We would have loved to have gone down these past few days however due to the rain the tables were not accessible. It would be great to see them get some plastic walls and outdoor heating down there for the winter months and to give some protection from the rain. Overall can't fault Packed Cones, keep up the great work.

Good ice cream. Friendly service.Sadly when we tried to enjoy the ice cream outside, we witnessed aggressive racist verbal abuse and threats by a passerby towards a mixed family who were enjoying ice cream at the table. Felt quite unsafe there we went back to our hotel to finish over the ice cream which was nice.
