Just finished building with Simonds and I’ve got to say the experience has been amazing from start to finish! Jamie was amazing in the display house! Hannah was amazing for our gallery visit! Danielle was fantastic and went above and beyond answering all my silly little questions as our coordinator and last bit not least Brad Little as our site supervisor was absolutely amazing and couldn’t have ask for a better site supervisor! Less than 26 weeks on site and handover was completed, Brads attention to detail and not glossing over anything was so refreshing to see! Was lovely to work with on our dream home
