UKO Top Ryde

Beautiful apartments- well planned, high ceilings, plenty of space, skylight! Some apartments are fully furnished- when they say fully furnished, they mean it! Cutlery, pots, pans, utensils, bed, mattress, couch, cushions, decor. The manager Alex is also very polite, responsive and very competent in his role. The location could not be more convenient.

We stayed in UKO Top Ryde for around 9 months. A real home from home. a great community and fantastic concept. Alex (our host) was just incredible and always available. Recommended for any short-med term furnished rentals! Spacious, modern and bright too.

Alex is simply the best.In Sep 2021 we were tossing up whether we should pursue our forever home. To do so we explored options for a temporary place while we sold our existing and then searched for a new one. We had the following criteria:- 2-3 bedrooms- Not too far from us- Pet friendly for our 5th memberThen bonus criteria to make the move easier- Convenient location to shops (right opposite top Ryde shopping centre)- Fully furnished- (very) Flexible lease period- Well maintained property- Internet included- Easy utilities connection/disconnectionWe weren't sure how long we needed to lease for as we had not started looking for our new home. As soon as we met Alex and inspected the property, we decided that night to make a move.Experience:I can't say I've met a property manager this responsive before. Alex has been fantastic throughout our whole stay. He was easy to contact and resolves issues as needed. From the move in to the move out things were simply easy and hassle free.
