Attended the 2023 SteamFest event. Very interesting - active and static displays of steam and diesel engines / appliances. A step back in the time of big iron. Great for young and old alike!

A fantastic place to visit. If it has an engine, then it will be here.Extremely well organised with friendly people. Great location for a family outing. Highly recommended.

Awesome place if you are interested in history and the development of industrial machinery that made the world the place we live in today! Run by volunteers. Really worth a visit.

Steamfest is always a fun event to attend. So much fascinating historical equipment on display and in motion. Fantastic to see equipment from yesteryear in action and imagine the time when steam was king.

A few good displays.A lot of displays either not running’s or covered.Went to a stand with what I thought was a sausage sizzle.Only to be told they can’t sell the sausages as they don’t have a food license, and was only for members of the club. That part was very disappointing, as I feel they could make some good money for their club this way.

Fantastic place for all ages in the family to explore on Sundays with several rides which most are free. Thanks for looking after this place. Everyone working there was so amazing.

Great experience seeing all the old steam engines both out of order and refurbished running engines. As well as the collection of other old antiques such as the military tank and run down tractors etc.Even found a bird's nest hidden away inside one of the tractors. The miniature railway that runs around the outside of the venue was a delight to ride on as it reminded me of my childhood. All in all a great place to take the family or just head down with a friend to experience the old engines and learn a thing or two about how these magnificent machines work and how they used to run the world.

Great place just off Eastlink to wonder around look at all things engines.Yes, it has the feel that it’s the extension of an old man’s backyard or shed full of machinery and has been told by the better half to get rid of it or she’s moving out. That is what gives the place its charm. Plenty of history visible and many willing to share its history.
