Five star customer experience for my Ford Escape 45,000 KM service. Well organised process for vehicle drop off, with a pre booked courtesy car ready to use for the day. My car was ready for me to drive away when I went to pick it up. The staff have excellent communication skills and are friendly and efficient. Wayne Phillis Ford has a very efficient service department.

Easy to deal with and very transparent with everything that needed to be done and why. Was great getting photos of the oil conditions compared to new oil and explanation of why it needed to be changed.
