This is my 3rd time dealing with Planet Bounce and I will continue to go back without a doubt. Kassie is always so easy to deal with and goes out of her way to assist. She recently sent me a bunch of photos of all their ‘B’ themed balloons as my daughter required one for a show and share at kinder. Rather than just telling me to come in and look, she took the time to send through photos of every B balloon they had! Even through messaging, replies to any queries are always super fast and informative. You won’t receive service like this else where which is why I’ll be back for every birthday and event in the future!

Planet Bounce we’re very accommodating and patient with my phone order for my 2 year old daughters ISO birthday. She loved it. As did her siblings. Will definitely use them again.

After receiving a faulty balloon, planet bounce went above and beyond to replace even delivering a very special little parcel along with a replacement balloon. Wonderful to deal with, high quality service! Love our local party shop!!! Made another birthday in lockdown that little bit better!

An absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful and the shop is amazing, they have everything you could need. The helium balloons I ordered stayed up for days with the hifloat stuff in them - will defiantly be a regular customer now
