I have been undertaking training courses with AITT now for nearly 3 years, I will continue to use them whenever possible, for myself and my employees, they have quality trainers, the admin staff are great, their training resources are always up to date with industry standards, I have had Mark and Deen as my trainers, they are excellent and have been very helpful and understanding to my time schedules, highly recommend AITT! I have completed a Cert IV in Project Management through AITT Elizabeth , I am sorry , but could not disagree with you more , I found this trainer to be rude & arrogant , changing dates on when Units needed to be handed in & just generally rude with all contact I made with them . I have also completed other Cert IV's with other trainers & found them to not be incompetent like AITT were / are . If you are thinking about signing up to a course , I recommend using another Training Organization - NOT this one , there are far better than this out there & alot more helpful should you need clarification on any problems you encounter . Whats worse , the person training me was Deen Kuthubutheen , the CEO of AITT - very disappointed .

I have just completed my Cert IV in Training and Assessment at AITT (Elizabeth). What a well run, comprehensive, high quality and enjoyable course. I have done a wealth of training with many different providers over the years; AITT are one of the best.

I was slightly intimidated at first by the hectic assignments, exam, study and tight schedule, but with full support from lecturers, following the learning materials and committing to a strict schedule it was all worth it at the end. I would recommend AITT to anyone who is not afraid of learning in a fast-paced/self-paced environment and challenging themselves to be great. The pace of study definitely helped me think on my feet, which is a great advantage in today's fast-moving work environment.

Trainers are very professional and supportive! An amazing learning experience for me! Highly recommended for anyone interested in doing a TAE course!

I am currently completing my Cert IV in Training and Assessment. I could not offer higher praise to the AITT Team. I have received nothing but support and encouragement from a highly professional team, who are clearly invested in the success of their students. Having undertaken my studies via both RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) and specifically developed “gap” coursework, and due to a hectic work schedule I am completing my studies without contact hours. The team has worked closely with me to ensure that I understand the requirements. A massive thank you to Mark Kuzmanoski for his encouragement, fast and comprehensive replies to all communications, but most of all for his patience. I would highly recommend this organisation for provision of any courses you are considering.

I found the staff to be incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The course was explained and presented fully and enabled me to feel comfortable about my learning experience. I would certainly recommend the AiTT to any person wishing to study.
