Fantastic and personal service. We have successfully worked with Damian to open 3 cafes over the last 7 years with Hycom installing and maintaining all of our points of sales and subsequent equipment. Damian and his team are always happy and willing to troubleshoot, they continue to keep our company up to date with new software updates and any new products coming onto the market, and I can highly recommend this local and very personal business to anyone.

Highly recommend.I've been a Hycom customer for many years. I have bought POS systems, scales and most recently signed on to AI - their QR code order system. The boys have always gone out of their way to make sure our needs are met. I highly recommend Hycom. For anyone who has not yet discovered QR code ordering, stop what you're doing and call Hycom. It has revolutionised my business.

I highly recommend Hycom. Damien and his team installed a point of sale system in my cafe 5 years ago and I couldn’t be more happier with the product and continued support..7 days a week if I ever have a question or problem with anything.
