Have to give a shout out to this shop for trying really hard to organise a replacement rear tyre on the Saturday of a long weekend. While I got sick and couldn’t get there anyway, their effort was excellent. Recommended.

I love motocross, I love my bike.Do yourself a favour, do not take your bike to this place.I found scratches on my motor, the staff stole my tubes and on closer inspection of my bike the back axle wasn't put in square.Lucky I looked.Plus paid three times the amount for parts and the job is NOT finished.This shop is a safety issue for all riders.

*update - business has new management, bought a couple of things there on the weekend and its a whole different, customer friendly atmosphere. Will use again.*Bike (a daily means of transport to work) went in for front caliper reseal. Never received a phone call to pick it up, I rang at 4:30pm (they close at 5pm) to the response 'you can't pick it up now, all the other bikes have been pushed inside. If you wanted it earlier you should have rang up.' Fronted them to pickup the bike and they were not apologetic at all.They had both my mobile numbers, email address and I worked with one of their ex employees who was still their family friend.The worst service agent of any OEM in North QLD in my experience, the above disaster was simply the last straw.

Great staff, very informational. Was short staffed, but now how more staff. They are very busy, but will get the job done. Saturdays are flat out busy, from what I've noticed. And you get what you pay for. I've also noticed the some customer are rude to staff and expect things to happen over night. Which is impossible for a remote/rural area. But they seem to be hard workers.
