Have been shopping at the whole health market since it opened. Love the increasing range of health foods and supplements available. Staff are AMAZING, very helpful and friendly. Sometimes go to Hopscotch for coffee but have never bought from butcher as we a vegetarian household.Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is the specials (or marked down goods). They are almost always out of date and only reduced slightly. Would be lovely to pick up a bargain when food still in date. Normally almost out-of-date goods are 30-60% off or more in bigger supermarkets.But overall, our family love this market and would recommend.

The hot chocolate in the cafe was very good and so was the bambolani (filled donut) but the brownie was only ok; a bit dry and crumbly. The deli area has a wide and unusual range, but it is a bit pricey. The chemist area has some very good organic and vegan food items, varying from puffed rice and cereals, snacks and there's a cold section. There are lots of environmentallly friendly kitchen items like natural washing powder substitutes.

I love this place, I couldn't find an all inclusive place for vegan foods. There is a wide variety of both dry and fresh goods. Prices are relatively expensive but justifiable. Parking is available for both inside and outside of the building. The only con is that their size of the cart is pretty small to do groceries.

This place has the absolute best pharmacy.. I love coming here, has aisle after aisle of so many beautiful things along side what you'd normally expect to see.... There's just about everything you could imagine.. Love it!!!

Wonderful service at the Pharmacy inside the markets. I booked in for my influenza shot, for 2.45pm, arrived early, 210pm, quite happily got me through for my needle, quick, prompt, friendly staff, minimal wait, love it, early in and out, Yay

Finally a place in Australia that out performs the Melbourne shops in terms of shops that provide supplements and quality vitamins, clean whole food products, bulk purchasing, great butcher, clean chemical free cleaning products, kits for yogurt and kefir, essential oils. Thank you! It's about time Australia. You just need to add organic clean produce and it's all covered here!

The store itself is great. There is so much on offer however on a couple of occasions the pharmacist Jason I believe has been quite rude which is a little disappointing.

This is a great place to meet with friends for coffee or lunch and on some nights dinner! While you are there you can shop for your meat at the fantastic butcher, take home some scrumptious seafood, and browse through one of the biggest health stores in Cairns. So much to choose from!

Love love love the butcher, the service and their meat is top notch!!! Very friendly they are the reason i gave five stars.The Italian restaurant the food was great but the service is just average they got our order wrong and it took more than 30 mins before we got our meals. Their coffee is great too
