Absolutely terrible service, i had my phone screen replaced with a dodgy screen that you cant see in daytime. And they replaced my touch id button with a button that doesn’t work properly and doesn’t have touch id. When i raised my concerns i was told to calm down and i was calm. She insinuated that I was the problem with the phone and yet she couldn’t get the button to work either. After a failed attemp to resolve the issue i was given a complaint form to fill out and left the shop in tears.

Took my phone to another phone fix it shop couple years ago and got told isn’t fixable the screen was completely shattered, and couldn’t retrieve much wanted photos of it. Took to casphones today and within half hour the same phone was fixed!! Totally relieved because I now have all my photos again :) :) best service ! !

I brought in my phone which was completely dead, I had no hope that it would be fixed and a very nice lady took care of everything. She worked very hard until I was satisfied and now I have a phone that works and look like a brand new phone. I would highly recommend this place

Detailed, professional, generous, friendly, humble service. Maybe the only place to offer servicing and repair for Apple computers in town. Took the time to fix something for me, then graciously refused to be paid extra when complications in my laptop took them hours longer to fix. I can't recommend them enough.

Beware. I took my phone in with a tiny crack on the glass, they repaired it" but actually got glue on the camera and glue in other parts of the phone that damaged the screen beyond repair also and made it no longer waterproof. I took it back and they took it apart and said they couldn't see anything wrong with it and it's normal for this phone camera to not focus properly. I then went through a certified samsung repairer who found all the problems

Liam was fantastic I came in with a problem after a week of having the phone cover and it cracked and he replaced it and was extra friendly and wemt out of his way to help me with my troubles.Recomend this shop and Liam any day.Even my partner said last week health fantastic and friendly he was.
