Where do I start!My first call, I spoke to John needing a new clutch for a new build.He asked me some questions on the build to help recommend the best setup.He said he would call me back shortly.15 minutes later he called me back and gave me a full rundown on what his plans are.Now when building the car I can honestly say I have so many people say they will call me back and I’m left chasing them and not many deliver what they say they will.But not these guys, John is an absolute gentleman and I can’t recommend the team enough. John was Super helpful and just a good genuine bloke!I just picked up the clutch and John and Scott explained all the details as well as showed me what they had done for the setup and it’s perfect!Can’t thank you guys enough, bunch of legends!Seriously just get in touch with them.They know their stuff!

This guy (Scott), literally is The Clutch Master.Removed my annoying twin plate for an extra heavy duty organic. But despite everyone who tried to talk me out of it, this was the best decision ever.

Very knowledgeable guysScott took the time to discuss options for flywheels and clutches for my old mustang , he also offered to fit my hydraulic clutch setup, I'll definitely be back to drop the gearbox off. I walked into Western Clutch Service today around lunch timeand was promptly greeted by a lady who asked how she could help?I presented a clutch thrust bearing and i asked for a new one and before i new it, she had it sorted by having the old one removed and a new one pressed on. The gentleman who did the repair and the service i received from Western Clutch Service was top notch. All up, i was in and out in 10 minutes. I can't thank them enough for the time and effort they went to. I will be sure to tell my friends about this business and its 5 star service.

With my unique car situation, its hard to find people who care & want to take on a possible headache job. Communication with John was easy & clear, not only was he willing to take on the challange, but resolved the issues & got me back on the road in 2 days.This shows the teams decades of experience with my tricky situation.Going over & beyond, such has realigning my sump as it was interfering with the gearbox conversion plates causing bad alignment & double checking with myself what exact oil to use for my motor before re-filling.The team also stayed late on a friday night for me to pickup the car, didnt rush me out the door either, we discussed the resolution for about half a hour showing me how much they cared.Thanks again western clutch
