Nowadays it is a joy to come across a company that goes the extra mile for it's customers. I contacted JC Walsh regarding a 2nd hand machine they had advertised late one Friday night before Christmas and was pleasantly surprised when Bernie rang me the next day. I went ahead and purchased the machine but asked if they could hold it until a couple of weeks in January which they were happy to do. after Christmas I contacted him again as they now had stock of a new, larger machine and Bernie was happy for me to pay the extra and he even organised a delivery lorry with a crane arm as I don't have a forklift. In my opinion he has gone well over the top and it has been a pleasure doing business with them.

Understands the needs of the client and willing to assist interstate delivery. Recommended.

Great business, helpful and responsive. Had a minor issuewith a door hinge breaking in transit, JC Sourced a new hinge and sent it at no charge. Wasn't their fault but they took care of it for me, great service!!!

Hard to get answers & comunication and wait days to get answers by that time the item has gone/ sold .the impression I get is if you aren't in their state it's a backburner. Either way its more you calling and chasing up,,,,, rather than they call you back .sorry but it's, either not enough staff ,you are the only one that can solve it.

Do not buy reconditioned or refurbished machine. Do not trust their warranty. They blame sand paper, then blamed operator and after that they blamed me. Do not know who is next.They advertised as a Refurnished and excellent condition. But It is not.Their machine only good if you are not turned on.

Had a small dispute with freight items. But all fixed. A reliable seller worth to recommend to anyone.
