My friend went in for a simple blood test and was interrogated, abused and belittled by the staff at this clinic. Instead of privately consulting with him, one of the staff asked him to come out of the office into the reception area where multiple staff members proceeded to berate him and demand that he leave the clinic (in front of other members of public sitting in the waiting room). As a nurse myself, this is unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. This is not a good example of how a client/patient should be treated in a healthcare facility and i'm so ashamed for these staff members who treated my friend so poorly. Would not recommend visiting this practice for a blood test, save yourself and go elsewhere :)

Very rude and arrogant staff. 5 nurses/staff members behind the desk chatting & gossiping while you're there waiting to be attended. I dont think the nurses knows what they're doing. Very unprofessional and shocking!

Huge shout out to Tina who is always friendly and accommodating despite the insane workload Moors st receives. Another load of thanks to Tracey for hitting the vein first time.

This is to do with the casula centre.She is absolutely slow . First time I came here it took 3 patients 1hr 45min. 3 patients like who takes that long.Second time you would think cause of COVID having an electronic blood form would help the non touching made me email them the copy to the other store she told me to wait outside couldn't look at the form until she can get it printed and took more patients in.I had a kid with me im pregnant and she just didn't even consider anythingPlease have a word with her shes slow and if your so worried about COVID you should make your customers faster not slower

This is two part review: The service at the Liverpool centre where the test was done was very good, the male nurse was helpful and we were happy to pay for out-of-pocket expenses for one non-claimable item . However, when the invoice came back it included all the items to the total of $562. When I called Account Enquiry and spoke to a woman by the name of Pauline, she was so rude, she basically talked over me and asked me to claim from Medicare and she wanted to terminate the call if I didn't listen. Come on, Douglas Moir should really review their employee's attitude especially Customer Service job, this women should be fired, there are many people looking for jobs out there with better attitude.

A big thank you to Tina for a your help sorting requests and paperwork and to Karen who was brilliant at obtaining the blood for testing. These ladies are both exceptional!

Absolutely amazing service, went for blood testing and Maria was wonderful right from the start. I'm terrible when it comes to needles, and she was incredibly patient, talked me through the entire process, and had a couple of laughs. Best experience with blood testing.

My wife came in for a blood test where she was stabbed multiple times. killing a few veins they also blamed her for having no “proper “ veins and were very aggressive. After all this, they “gave up” and told her to come back . This leaving her suffering for weeks with dead/ruptured veins. Her whole arm is covered in a spreading bruise and she is unable to bend her forearm or do any daily activities and gym due to this. Please seek another medical facility for any blood test or medical assistance, As they are not professional and may cause harm to you.

I had a positive experience, be warned it can get very busy at times. However the receptionist was very rude to another man who needed a simple explanation.They should improve on customer service.

!WARNING - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!I have to do a bloodtest for my 3,5 year old daughter. They showed me how to hold her tight, which I did. They ended up poking the needle missing the veins, on both arms. My little one was screaming her head off in pain and is left with nastry bruises on both arms. Did not get any blood samples and now I have to take her somewhere else. She was so calm at the start but this expirience will leave her scared for further appointments. I'm so angry and frustrated, it is already hard to have a blood test done for a 3 year old and then this happens... Would not recommend this to anyone!
