So my (77yr old) mother fractured her femur last May in the UK. She had an operation (lucky in the context of what’s is going on over there) but very little post op care.She had difficulty walking, pain around her knee and don’t get me started on getting in and out of a car.5 weeks and 10 sessions with Hayden and she’s getting into a car like a normal human being and she’s doing 10’000 steps a day…10’000!Hayden was brilliant. But now I have to tell her to slow down…

Best facilities I've been to at a physio, very modern, clean and comfortable. Hayden is a fantastic physio, very personable and has been excellent in helping cure short term injuries and managing long term issues.

I saw Andrew for an initial assessment of for my neck pain. It has been troubling me for many years and had reached a point that I needed help. He was amazing at simplifying my issue, loosening it up for me, and giving me simple movements and suggestions for improvement. It has been 3 weeks now and I’ve never felt better! Couldn’t recommend the clinic more.

Hayden and the Movement Centre are absolute legends! Hayden saw me on a last minute booking over the weekend for my neck pain. He thoroughly explained what could of caused the issue and how the pain and movement can be restored. He massaged the neck to help realign to the correct spot and showed me some helpful exercises to perform to stay on the right path to recovery. Thank you Hayden!

Great physio for an excellent price within the area. Looked after several players from my team and everyone had a positive experience. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. Would highly recommend for anyone in need of a physio!

Was recommended to see Hayden as I had major neck pain and little to no movement. Hayden was extremely accommodating, squeezing me in at the end of the day and staying back late to allow me to come for treatment. One day after seeing Hayden, I had 100% movement back and was able to return to work. Can't thank Hayden enough and would recommend his services to anyone!

My podiatrist referred me to the Movement Centre for specialist podiatry services to treat a wart. I was managed by Angus McDonald. Angus' clinical skills were excellent in terms of managing the issue in the context of my complex autoimmune disorder. He explained the treatment clearly and I knew what to expect at each stage of treatment. Angus has superior interpersonal skills. I felt relaxed and comfortable with him. I would strongly recommend Angus as a skilled and friendly podiatrist.

Great physio, very friendly and clear directions for ongoing rehab of my injury which has had great results. They also encouraged me to come back in to use their equipment for rehab purposes which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
