i have been here previously and noticed there is a sign which says express pick. so i thought i will be smart and order online and pay for it.i spent 20 minutes on the phone (mostly waiting) for them to confirm my payment has cleared and my item is ready for pickup. even though i got an email stating my item was ready for pickup.after i get here. i am still waiting sent to the waiting area and had to wait a few minutes for my item.

False and misleading information regarding ordering.The online website shows a pre-ordered stock item will be stocked by a store transfer or shipped within 24 hours but once you make payment, you are advised 24 hours later that there is a lead time of 7 days but no where is this shown at the time of ordering or before payment is made. These are breaches under Consumer Law as it is false advertising and false and misleading information. Consumer Affairs do your job instead of advising you will gather this information for intelligence purposes which does absolutely nothing as no action with no results is actually nothing.

2.5 months to get a refund for a DOA motherboard I picked up from the store. Tested it themselves, then had to send it off to be tested as well. 2 Months later tell me I’ll get a refund, have to chase it up again and finally 17 days later I get a refund minus the credit card fee I paid! What a joke. Had to pay return postage as well as I live 2 hours away

Avoid for anything important or expensive. This shop is run on the smell of an oil rag. They have no reasonable insurance for DoA and it will take weeks to give you a replacement if ever. Look elsewhere for better service. Only consider buying cheap stuff that you can wait for a replacement.

Worst place to shop. You buy stuff take it home and when you open the box, if it’s physically damaged they won’t accept it back. Moreover they won’t ask you to inspect it in the store as they know then they have to take back if it’s damaged. Don’t try your luck here, go and buy from the genuine stores these guys are thieves. Buyers should buy at your own risk.

I’ve been here a few times to purchase computer parts. They have a good selection at competitive prices. I’ve never had any issues with the parts I’ve purchased. The staff are knowledgeable and professional. There is plenty of parking, but it is not close Tor transport.

Be careful these guys aren't good if you have a problem with your product arriving DOAI purchased a monitor from these clowns and it arrived DOA broken screen now they are refusing to pay freight back to them and replace the item. Consumer Affairs here we come. Don't buy from these people.

Good prices but the store is a bit dated.Online shopping experience it's not great with limited options for paying and added surchargesThe store itself is also dated and hasn't seen a remake or update in years.Customer service is terrible, waited 40 minutes in store after paying to get my 2 ordered cables. There were other 2 customers besides me, all waiting to pick up the order. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Do not recommend. We’ve dropped off a lap over a week ago and get zero updates. We’ve had to call three times to try and get an update. Poor communication do not recommend.
