We bought a Casio PX-870, which we were very happy with, however the unit had a fault out of the box... Daniel was awesome in liaising with Casio, and it was no issue to get the unit swapped with a brand new one. Daniel always kept us in the loop with calls and emails about the exchange. It was a pleasure dealing with a family owned and run business in this day of corporate anonimity. Daniel was patient, knowledgable and went out of his way to help me replace my 30 year old digital piano with one of the latest modern examples. He even offered a same-day delivery and I was enjoying playing my new CLP 675 Clavinova before the sun went down. Couldn't be happier!

Thank you to Piano City Helensvale for great customer service, delivery and set up of our recent purchase. During our visit to the showroom Daniel shared his knowledge of the Yamaha range and provided an excellent demonstration of their features giving us product brochures to take home and make our decision. Great to hear they are now also selling piano tuition books and are our local Gold Coast store. Highly recommend them for piano, digital piano and keyboard needs.

Today, I bought a piano from Piano City Gold Coast and can only complement these guys with their level of service. I spent quite some time with Daniel over the phone and he took the time needed to answer my questions. The ultimate test will obviously come when things break and I have to contact them about repairs but I have a good feeling about these guys.
