Have ordered the chair through online. Tony was fantastic in terms of reviewing my order and following it through until delivery. He has gone to the extent whether the correct color was ordered by double checking again. Chair was a perfect fit for me when it came and I also must admit that chair came as assembled, so one less thing to be worried about.
