I'm disappointed by the poor communication and sheer unprofessionalism of Audi's Service Centre in Zetland.I dropped my car at the centre on 29 Dec to get a check on the emissions control light that had got ON. I received the diagnosis report after 6 days on 4 Jan. During this period, I had to call the Centre multiple times for an update however, calls went to their voice mail with no one returning the calls except once when someone called to say they would call later but never did. I had to call Audi call centre, and they were unable to contact the service centre as well. I gave my consent to fix the issue on 4 Jan but I didn't get any call back or text or email on when to collect my car. After following up numerous times in a day for the following four days and leaving voice messages I finally heard from the Centre on 8 Jan asking to come and collect the vehicle. I understand it is a holiday period and they might be short on staff but my frustration is the Centre's poor communication. There is no excuse for the Radio Silence from them. It takes less than a minute to communicate an update. The Centre's lack of communication ruined my holiday plans as I was left in dark about when I would get my car back. I'm appalled by their customer service standards despite being part of the customer facing personnel of such a renowned company.

I had an unsuccessful conversation with a lady who answered my phone call regarding scheduling my car's annual service.She wasted a significant amount of my time over the phone, and she needed to put me on hold multiple times to figure out how she should proceed with the queries I raised with her. I was frustrated and changed my mind because I wasn’t confident I should take my car to this location for the service.After all, my first customer interaction over the phone was an absolute failure, so I decided not to schedule my car service at their location anyway.Paying for a premium car should following by a premium service, so I highly recommend providing proper training to your staff as this is how you represent your brand towards customers.

They are always lying and treating you like a foolish. Everytime I asked them about the updates of my car, they were always saying like the some machanic is working on it. But once I was there and found my car just parked there 2 weeks with 0 progress. They will serve you with another lie. Something like the machanic was on sick leave and he will be back on Friday. Moreover, I came to here on Friday and revealed their lies third time, they finally started working on my car. Now, it has been almost one month since I gave my car to them, they still cannot fix any one of issues. Totally wasting my time and patience. I love my Audi car, but this service centre is ruining the brand reputation in my mind.

I have owned Audi's for over 10 years and have always bought them as well as serviced them at Audi Centre Sydney.I have, without exception, found Audi Centre Sydney to be an extremely trustworthy, reliable and professional organisation to deal with.Their scheduled service offering is very easy to arrange, very competitevely priced and has always been attended to without a hitch.I can highly recommend Audi Centre Sydney .

Put car in for a service at 8:20am (booked in for 9am, but got to the service centre earlier than expected). Staff was very lovely in ordering Uber to the city however, did not receive any update on my cars service until 4:40pm after trying to call the service centre multiple times. Not until 5:10pm I got an email in regards to my car yet still no time set for me to collect my car. As the centre closes at 5:30pm I was unsure how I was going to collect my car and arrive home. Called the service centre again and was told I might need to pick it up after hours or tomorrow however, the lady could not tell me a definite as the person looking after my car was unable to be reached.

Upon delivering my car after service I paid the invoice over the phone. After the car was delivered I had a few questions regarding the car. the delivering guy could not answer. I called the service guy who conducted the service. He did not picked up the phone. I message him. He did not reply. I waited for two days. Hence, the service stopped once the bill is paid. It is pretty sad to get this treatment from Audi. The Germans would never let it happen.

Audi tells me over the phone that my car is due for a recall. Sets me up a date and time to go to audi centre sydney service in zetland.I wake up early, plan my day, get to audi to be told that they dont do that recall anymore.And the service advisor, tall old man with a beard was so cocky and arrogant quickly telling me to move my car so other cars can get through.Without telling me why they stopped it or letting me ask other questions i had in min, he was so eager to get rid me.2 hours later, audi rings me to ask if i can still make my appointment. I told them i was there this morning and got turned away.Lol COMMUNICATION guys.. its not hard! Stop wasting peoples time!

They are very professional and organised. Very comfortable lounge area and variety of drinks. Make me feel I purchased from a trustworthy company and the car is serviced by professional mechanics.
