Staff are super nice and being very helpful!Convenient location, easy access to public transport and shopping, but it could get noisy on Fri and Sat nights. The gym is good and especially during off-peak hours. Public spaces on second and top floor are great for catch-ups. Room is small but not smaller than expected. Bed and other in-room equipment are good. Had a few incidents of false fire alarm which resulted in evacuation, but things have been improved in the past a couple of weeks.One thing not so great here is the laundry facility. First the number of washers & dryers is insufficient (nine of each vs. hundred of residents), and around 20% of the machines are always out of order. Because of the limited number of machines I think better rules for using the laundry facilities should be established, which do not exist. In my opinion the experience can be significantly improved if the laundry can be made better.

Four star for nowI appreciate quick response and effective communication from the manager regarding my concern on customer services issue. It is clear that the manager take customer satisfaction seriously and are committed to resolving issues promptly. I will make it five once the issue is managed properly after a discussion.

Coming to Perth on my own the open communal areas are perfect for meeting new people. There's always someone around and the facilities are generally well equipped.

Love the place. It’s within the central and affordable for me. Love the staff. It is also very convenient living near StudyPerth, too. Wish there are more vacuum cleaners to clean my room

Moved into the building a month ago, it’s in the heart of the city so that’s super convenient to travel around in Perth. The rooms are super nice and clean, love the view as well!

I love the accommodation and their facilities they offer. There is no places in the CBD were you can’t find all your needs..I love the Switch Community :)

LOVE IT!! We've been living here for more than a year now and it has been an absolutely amazing experience. The rooms are great, the staff is exceptionally awesome, all the amenities are in the building which makes it super convenient, overall it's been a great experience. I 100% would highly recommend The Switch.

An amazing experience staying at The Switch Living! The studio apartment is fantastic, and I loved the ambience. The location is perfect ,it's close to everything I needed, from grocery stores to restaurants to public transportation. The studio is beautifully furnished and decorated, and it had everything I needed to feel right at home.The staff at The Switch Living are incredibly friendly and helpful.I really appreciate their hospitality. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stylish place to stay:)
