Great staff! I saw something online which I loved, called up shop and asked the lovely lady (I forget your name i apologise) if it would be possible to hold the items for me for a few days until I could reach the shop. She did exactly that, with no hesitation and an incredibly friendly manner. When I finally got there, she was on top of her game and knew exactly my order and whipped it out as if my magic. GREAT SERVICE! THANKS!
