This is the 2nd property sale that KLH Conveyancing has completed for us and we have been very happy with the services provided to us.Just one point we would like to make that if settlement is being arranged on a Bank Holiday day, we would recommend that you change the date because NOT all banks will settle on this day, most do but some don't. We were very lucky and we were able to bring forward the settlement date one day earlier.
