Worst customer service I've seen.I purchased a Modix 180x from Bilby3D in December 2020. They were very diligent in responding to my emails and taking phone calls before payment was made.Fast forward 5 months, after I have paid them their $23,000. The machine was supposed to take 1 month to arrive, yet it took 2 months and I was never notified of the delay. During assembly of the product there have been missing nuts and bolts through about 50% of the steps, making it drag out unnecessarily by constantly having to look for missing parts. Finally I get the printer together and go to plug it in, THEY HAVE NOT SENT THE POWER DISTRIBUTION UNIT, meaning I can't use the machine.I contacted them and they said they would have it in 1 week. 4 weeks later I am still waiting for the unit to arrive, and have been advised, after I followed it up on multiple occasions, that it will still be another 2 weeks.All up, I am $23,000 out of pocket, still don't have a complete product 5 months after payment, and have lost thousands of dollars by not being able to work or search for new clients.Worst of all, the customer service has been an absolute joke. My calls are getting ignored, they will not allow me to call anyone higher up than sales or service department, they ignore crucial sections of the emails I have sent them, and blame me for not checking the packing list when it first arrived.Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money from these criminals and shop somewhere else.

Bilby3d in Clayton is exactly what a 3D printing store should be. Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, and well stocked with great prices. I've been there a couple of times, and the people at Clayton Bilby3d have gone out of their way to help me solve my 3D printing issues. They are more than happy to talk about all sorts of printers (not just the ones they sell). The people there are clearly passionate about 3D printing and passionate about sharing their knowledge so that others get the same enjoyment and success for 3D printing they they do. I highly recommend Bilby3d Clayton to anyone who is into 3D printing whether you're a newbie or an expert.

Top quality service and advice! Peter is a wealth of knowledge and went out of his way to look after me, even though I arrived right on closing.

I've delt with Peter at the Clayton office twice in person and both times found him to provide excellent service. I understand he is an ex roadside assistance mechanic so this probably gives him an edge in both mechanical and electronic fault diagnostics and understanding. On top of that he is friendly and has gone out of his way on both occasions to help me and explain options without being accompanied by a hard sell. I don't give a 5 star rating lightly but will do so for their Clayton office. Thanks Peter.

Bilby 3D continuously impresses me with their service! I have had several interactions with their customer service now, and without fault my issues have been resolved fast, and well.Their product range is also quite extensive; would definitely recommend their own Bilby3D brand of PLA for a great balance of quality vs. cost. On the off chance they don't quite have the filament your after, the staff are very knowledgeable and offer great alternatives!

Very unprofessional support team! I purchased 10 rolls of 3D printer filaments but 3 of them were faulty (cut-ff in the middle). They neither refunded my money nor exchanged!! The worst seller I have ever seen. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Had the best experience at Bilby 3D! We arrived 15 minutes before close due to traffic, however the manager/owner stayed back to assist us. I have been 3d printing for almost a year now, but he taught me so much more during my visit there. His passion for 3D printing is evident, as we all gawked at the amazing prints displayed on the shelves. He was also kind enough to provide me some free cleaning filament for my blocked nozzle. My experience here was excellent and I will be coming here for my future filament supplies :) (ps. it’s only $24 for 1kg of filament here, that’s the same price as eBay!)

World class service and support with a team that don’t just know their products but live and breathe them too! I went there looking for black PLA and walked out with an absolute treasure trove of helpful information and advice. Next time I went back, ready to upgrade my printer, wanting to spend 4K and walk out with one…. Chris and Peter started talking to me about my specific needs and what I wanted to achieve…. Bilby3D ended up selling me a $3K printer, but one that (a) I’m ridiculously happy with; and (b) one that will actually fit my specific requirements. This is a company that will sell you what you actually need and not just focus on meeting their targets. Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve had.Post sales support? Yes! They are absolute champions there. I’m still new with printing, they gave me advice on what I should be doing, where I went wrong and how to fix it.If you’re after a 3D printer or supplies, these are the experts to go to. Buy from someone local. Buy from someone that will be there to make sure that you’re printing for years to come.Chris and Peter, you absolutely have won my business!
