Purchased my first camera tripod and ball head (Sirui) from Selling Out Soon. Ed & the team helped and advised me to ensure I got exactly what I needed. I was informed via phone calls and emails the whole time, the service I received was probably the best online shopping experience I have ever had, will definitely be purchasing more products from these guy, even upgraded my freight so I would have the tripod in time for a photo shoot. Got a pair of non OEM batteries for Hero 4 Silver cam, had been skeptical on its runtime, own expectation was indeed that they will not match original GpoPro. I was surprised that their runtime was at least 5 mins more than an original one with same settings - protune On, resolution, fps, no wifi etc.This review is more for the batteries set then the seller. My experience with the seller is only one time purchase and in those lines, what makes Jamie unique is his key on being very proactive, communicative through process of shipping. This will be key reason that I will be back to buy again here.

Great Customer Service, bought the Sirui T-025X Carbon Fibre Tripod with ball head with a super good deal! Despite the overload of orders because of this deal, they offered free express shipping to compensate for the delayed orders and still managed to get my order before the amended delivery date.

I purchased a Sirui A-1205 tripod with K-X Series Ball head from Ed, only after I had purchased another lightweight tripod through an e-Bay sale from Selling Out Soon. After discussing what my photography needs were I received a refund for the online purchase and bought what I really needed! A better product which meets my needs. I bought a Voightlander camera lens because it was a fair price and Selling Out Soon offered an extended warranty on top of the standard warranty. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to call me to ensure I had a good experience and that the lens arrived safely. I would buy from them again.

Purchased an Xbox game through their eBay store - good price and easy transaction - great communication - fast shipping. I even got follow-up communications to ensure everything was okay with the game and that I was happy with their customer service. I am very impressed with this company's level of customer service, as it far exceeds any of the major banks/companies here in Australia. Would gladly buy from them again.
