Great experience! The tour is informative and lots of interaction with the animals. Many photo opportunities! We and the kids all had a great time there!

Worth every dollar on visiting them. My 2nd trip! Very interactive and knowledgeable staff. I did a booking with 4 kids, 2 toddlers, together with 12 adults. From 1.5 yrs to 70 yrs old. Everyone enjoyed it. They were kind to arrange a session for us. Animals are also well looked after. A must visit if you are in Melbourne. You get to touch, feel and understand these animals there.

Amazing experience. My kids enjoyed too much. The staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I just wish they give more time with kangaroos.

My husband and i visited this morning for the first time as our daughter turned 1 today. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. All of the animals were absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed hearing their stories/general facts about them. The group was small and the time there was brief. We didnt leave feeling drained like you may do at the zoo. It was a very special way to spend our daughters first birthday. Thank you for sharing this with everyone , we will return : )

What an outstanding experience! We are from the U.S. and really wanted to see some Aussie animals up close. The guide, Susan, was informative with a touch of humor. She clearly has a special bond with the animals. All of the animals were either someone's pets or rescued from dire situations and cannot be placed back in the wild. We could touch many of the animals and see them up close. The animals are clearly well cared for and have lots of room to roam. I would highly recommend booking a visit. The farm also has developed ways for people with disabilities to interact well with the animals.

Had an awesome day at The Funky Farm with my nephews. A wonderful interactive experience getting to meet the animals up close. Staff were welcoming and knowledgable. Highly recommend for both kids and adults!

Absolutely loved our day at Funky Farm. Five stars experience in every way. Our guide was super knowledgeable, friendly and paid attention to each guest (she made sure everyone had a turn to pat or feed an animal and everyone who wished had a picture done). Animals are very well looked after and are in a very good conditions.Funky farm is perfect for families with little children, as groups are small and tour takes 1,5 hours (just enough for little ones to keep their attention and not to get overwhelmed). Also it's a perfect place to visit for foreign guests, as there are mostly Australian animals there which you won't find easily in other countries zoos.

Absolutely amazing experience. Such a hands on, unique version of a zoo.We took our very young children for a special day out but I think the adults had just as much fun!

Great variety of native animals with people absolutely dedicated to their care, including a lot of rescues.Christian was a great guide with lots of stories, knowledge and facts about each animal. The only improvement might be to allow a bit more wandering and exploring if possible to soak it in.
