I can not recommend Austin Developments highly enough. Austin was great to deal from the quote to completion of the work. He was polite, professional and happy to accommodate a late change to materials. Both Toby and Matt were polite and respectful and their workmanship was exceptional. Would happily have them do any future work.

The Austin Developments team have constructed our Alfresco area to a high standard. We are extremely happy with the overall look and feel. This was not any easy build what with reusing some of the existing structure and a very elevated high pitched roof. The roof has been married into the house roof and the job is seamless. Austin offers a one stop shop not only did this flow well it made our lives easier. Austin is extremely responsive to any and all queries. This is our second project with Austin and I can not say enough about the quality of work Austin's trades person performed. When my wife and I asked Austin for a quote to put a roof on our decking, we wanted a one stop shop where Austin arranged the carpenters, electrician and painter. The trade persons were professional, punctual and very friendly. The quote was well within our budget and we are extremely happy with the overall project management and responsiveness by Austin. We had Austin Developments build a large patio, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. They were inclusive of us at every step and amended plans whenever we requested minor changes, to ensure we ended up with the product we envisioned, if not better. Austin and his team have just completed our patio project. So very happy with the whole process, from the initial quote and design to the quality of the build. Austin is fantastic to work with. He attends site to scope the project and is involved through all phases of planning and construction. His experience and knowledge means he's able to quickly understand client requirements while adding ideas and suggestions so our patio looked good and was functional.Late scope changes were easily incorporated into the work.The boys who did the building work were professional, built to a high quality and were very friendly.I highly recommend Austin Developments.

Austin had great ideas and did all the planning + approvals for us. He made it very easy for us. It only took 2-3 days to build our beautiful patio and electrical and plumbing were done straight away with no hold ups. He was also able to accommodate a last minute change, which was so helpful.I would definitely use Austin Developments again.

Having had a disappointing experience with the initial company we engaged, we were a little cautious about engaging someone else. However we were extremely happy with the whole process carried out by Austin Developments. From the initial visit (from Austin), through to the full construction, we were kept informed about the process and timelines, and Matt and his team were always on time and very professional. (Even when things were slightly affected by Covid!). We now have a fantastic outdoor entertaining area...couldn’t be happier!
