We've had Eastcoast building do several jobs for us - renovated, updated and enlarged our kitchen, installed a new bathroom, completed bedroom alterations, and lately renovated ensuite and main bathrooms. I have recently finished an extensive renovation/ build with Eastcoast Building Services .The planning took some time as we were undecided if this is what we wanted to do but Shane was patient. A house extension is a big commitment, both financially and emotionally. You need to be able to trust that the builder you choose is up for the challenge. We chose Eastcoast Building Services Pty Ltd for a major renovation and extension of the back of our house; entertainment area and backyard landscaping.From the moment we met Shane, we knew we were in good hands. He is a straight talker and he helped us right from our first consultation by telling us what ideas would and wouldn't work.As our build progressed, any issue that arose was immediately dealt with by Shane, he had a solution for every problem. His workers turned up when he said they would; the quality of the work was exceptional and his workers always cleaned up at the end of the day. Nothing was ever a problem and Shane was happy to accommodate some minor changes and a few extra jobs along the way to give us the result we wanted.The end result was a beautiful extension that looks like it was always there. We are proud to show our reno off and friends are always asking who did the job. Our extension was by no means easy yet Shane and Glen made the process easy and as pleasurable as it could be. Everything you want from a builder , great workmanship and immensely easy to talk to about every detail we wanted.They are in it to please clients and not for making an obscene profit like most builders we had quote us. Lovely guys too which when they are spending so much time in your house makes things a lot more comfortable.Can not recommend them highly enough
