My Renovator

We are super happy that we connected with Charlie from MyRenovator for our patio build. From the start to finish Charlie took personal care of the build, nothing we asked was “too difficult”, and he was always willing to give sensible advice for other works in our backyard where he was not even directly involved - we found his expertise and input to be very valuable. Charlie delivered our project on schedule and handled everything professionally and sincerely. I cannot recall any occasion when our phone call/text/email was not promptly returned which was a pleasant change from some of the other tradespeople we had engaged. As you can see from the photos, the finished product is outstanding quality, finishing detail is superb and everyone who has visited our home finds this addition very attractive. I highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking to add “wow” factor to their backyard - 5 stars!

After much deliberation and several quotes for our new deck extension we chose My Renovator to do the job. From the fist meeting till and all the was till the job was completed, Charlie and the team where first class guys!! The communications was amazing, from replying to emails, to sending photo's of the progress on the job and answering any questions I had, it never seemed to be an issue for Charlie and the team. Charlie and Luke from My Renovator where extremely helpful, flexible and professional from start to finish on the works the completed for me. The project was quite large and with all projects there are changes as the entire area was still being constructed, they handled these and made the process simple for our build. I would highly recommend their services as the work is impeccable and they are just great blokes.

I cant give enough credit to Charlie from My Renovator. I can honestly say that Charlie is one of the most down to earth, trust worthy and efficient tradesman I have ever met. He has done pergolas for my mum and Dad and some of their very wealthy friends homes. We are often referring people when they ask who built our pergolas.Charlies results are outstanding and very high end quality. I personally have been battling with a ridiculously strict body corporate board. He has gone over and above to get me every piece of information from council to town planners to perfectly engineered drawings to hand over for approval. I highly recommend.

Charlie and his team were absolutely amazing! We needed an new roof on our existing pergola. Charlie found the exact colour I wanted and even went out of his way, dropping into my work to show me and confirm it was what I wanted. His team were fast and did an even better job at fitting the new roof than the last one. They tidied up and used a blower after they finished, leaving the area looking perfect. I would highly recommend using My Renovator to anyone.

The whole process leading to the actual build day was extremely easy and very professional.Once the work started, we continued to be very impressed. We were absolutely delighted with the work Charlie and his team carried out for us. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was second to none.
