Amna, is a loving caring person.In the most difficult of circumstances where I lost my brother, Amna was right there beside me.It didn’t matter what time, she was there to listen, look at what sort of therapy I required to heal.Amna has a calm and gentle aura, one that makes a person relax and feel calm around.My son who has Autism also finds Amna to be calm and comfortable to be around.Very fortunate to have met this amazing person and therapist.

I would highly recommend Amna to anyone who is seeking counselling. Amna is empathetic and makes you feel comfortable to open up. It was my first time doing individual counselling and I was able to process things with Amna that I wasn’t able to overcome on my own. The awareness that I gained from our sessions have helped me immensely!
