Redlec electricians were responsive and completed the work very professionally. We had new split system aircon installed plus some new power points added. We would recommend highly.

We had John from Redlec Services help us in two occasions. First was to upgrade the main + switchboard and second time was for removing old AC units and install new ones. We found him very reliable, responsive, and honest. His quotes were reasonable as well. We had a few quotes for the main upgrade, but only John scheduled an inspector before hand to make sure that the work to be done would be approved. Turned out, the original plan of having overhang cables wouldn't be approved and we had to change to underground cable. So, his planning did save us time and money. He spent time and explained all the necessary changes and requirements and carried out the work in a timely manner. It is not easy to find reliable tradies when moving to a new area. So, I'm glad we found this company and will call them again for future work.

John was responsive, reliable and professional. We previously had had issues with electricians from other companies not calling back or saying they would do a job and then never arriving, whereas John made a time to come and do our repair and he honoured the commitment. He communicated what he was doing and what the job entailed. We were very happy with his service. Would definitely choose to use this company again.
