Rude customer service, whoever was on 10.06am 15th April 2019. Condescending behaviour and aggressive tone of voice. A customer might enquire a product which you don't have, which is why we called to ask anyway. Not only are you not doing an appropriate service by at least educating the customer on what you sell or don't sell, there is no need to tell a customer off rudely by asking them to search from an aquarium shop instead.
