Too busy to help us so we went to flight centre and got a great deal

Not helpful. Never got back to me with airfare prices. Went elsewhere.

Leisa always finds us a great deal and better options than I can pull together myself - especially for long haul, complicated logistics and when traveling as family. She has worked with us for over 15 years now and if there is ever an issue (and we have had some severe disruptions to plans) I know I can contact her and she can help sort out any travel issues while I'm sorting out other issues on the ground.

Have just planned, booked and paid for our upcoming trip to Hobart with Donna. What an outstanding experience it was, so easy and pleasant, and Donna is superb at her job. Can't recommend highly enough to everyone

The staff here are amazing. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. We deal with Trish who is awesome but the oth we r staff are also very helpful. We won't go anywhere else.

We have enjoyed the friendly and always professional service provided by Kaye and the rest of the National Tavel team for almost twenty years. Whatever the plan, when travel suggestions are made, or when our plans become complicated or other needs arise (such as the occasional interaction with our insurers) National Travel always helps us magnificently. We cannot recommend National Travel too highly !

Since the first time we met Julie we knew we were in good hands. The difference between Julie and other travel agents we used before her, was Julie genuinely cares about you having a great holiday and will do everything she can to ensure it happens.Julie has planned a number of our overseas holidays and her suggestions, her expertise, being so well travelled herself and the advice she provided made those holidays so memorable. Julie gets to know her clients, so each time she knows exactly what to offer which helps the planning process greatly.We had plans to travel to America again this year and due to Covid-19 our 5 week trip was cancelled, Julie was amazing - who would ever think that you would need your travel agent to cancel a holiday that was over 12 months in the planning and assist with insurance claims. Julie communicated so well with us during the cancellation process, keeping us up to date whenever she could and we thankfully received most of our money back.
