I rang Grafton Glass and asked if they could come today to fix rollers on our large sliding glass door, John and AJ came within the hour and not only fixed the rollers but had the glass door lockable which it hadn't been previously for many years (we could only lock screen door).Thankyou so much Brendan John and AJ for the great service you provide.

I would highly recommend Jason and the SP Screens Team. I obtained several quotes for a fit-out in my workplace. SP Screens came in mid-range but, in my opinion, had the best product to meet our needs.Jason attended promptly, for a free measure & quote, and talked me through the various products & options. The sample products he brought on-site were extremely helpful.Once the order was placed, the lead time was 6 weeks, as promised. Being just in time for Summer! Jason re-attended to fit the screens and the finished product looks amazing.When the screen is retracted, the frame is barely visible. When the screen is down, the view is extremely clear.I've attached 3 photos showing the screen in a few positions.A high quality product and great workmanship.I will now engage Jason & the Team to install a fly-screen at home.

To put it simply, I am appalled by the quality of their workmanship and their complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Firstly, I had a window installed by Abbey Aluminium, which was supposed to be a straightforward job. However, to my dismay, the window they installed ended up shattering just a few days later. Not only did this demonstrate a severe lack of attention to detail and poor craftsmanship, but it also exposed their inability to install a basic window correctly. I had expected a certain level of professionalism from a reputed company like Abbey Aluminium, but their work left much to be desired.When I contacted Abbey Aluminium to rectify the situation and fix the broken window, I was shocked to learn that they had the audacity to ask for additional payment. It was their fault that the window shattered in the first place, and yet they had the nerve to demand more money to rectify their mistake. This blatant attempt at financial exploitation is a clear indication of their unscrupulous business practices and their lack of accountability for their own errors.As if the shattered window wasn't enough, my shock turned into sheer disbelief when I discovered that during an argument with their staff, they callously disposed of my beloved pet cat in the green bin. The callousness and cruelty displayed by Abbey Aluminium towards a defenseless animal are beyond comprehension. It is absolutely unacceptable and speaks volumes about their lack of empathy and respect for living creatures. No reputable company should treat any living being in such a heartless manner, let alone a beloved pet.In light of these experiences, I strongly advise anyone considering hiring Abbey Aluminium for their aluminum-related needs to reconsider. Their incompetence, unprofessionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction are evident in every aspect of their work.
