Stayed at this address for 2 years, Warwick the on-site manager requested I use his cleaner for a full bond refund, I did this and he wouldn’t release my bond, I also got locked out one time called and messaged him and he took 3 days to respond. Very frustrating, same issue happened with my neighbour also wasn’t refunded their bond. Awful customer service from a poor manager. The guy won’t respond to messages or calls.

This beautiful apartment complex offers you a homely feel to it as soon as you walk in set in the heart of lower plenty this place offers you a pool and spa to use from 7am til 9pm there is a sauna and a gym to if you like playing pool there is a pool table there to use aswel the people here are friendly and are up for a conversation just say hi

Grangewood Court Apartments
We loved our stay at Grangewood Court, very comfortable, new carpet and curtains, nice furnishings.The location was excellent, easy walk into the heart of Broadbeach, and to the beach.Mirung was lovely, and very helpful. We were waiting for our new apartment to be finished and she allowed us to leave all our pot plants in the garden and even looked after them for us!

Grangewood Court Apartments
Paid deposit before I got there $300 I paid a total of 2 weeks in cash and another deposit because my friends skin was dark but wasn't staying there with me. I later learnt that $650 had also extra come out of my account on top. When I confronted her at reception about it I lost the week coming and no money left. My account was cleaned. These people are thieves and will use other long-term residents as a back up to stand beside them and intimidate and make u leave. Please do not stay here they will steal everything u have and more.

Welcome Home Motel & Apartments
Stayed here recently and was really disappointed The ceiling was white and covered with Mildew. The dining area chairs were metal out door chairs. The carpark was limited and packed. Pillows were like thin wafers…. Once is enough
