The agent gave delayed responses that needed urgent attention. They charged me more for carpet cleaning but the stains were there during the entry condition report. They were HOWEVER, able to quickly rectify this however and refund the amount paid in excess. There’s definitely room for customer service and communication to improve to make this service more recommendable.

Switched over to Angus and her team which was led by Kate on the property management side to ensure better service.
