Australian Training Company
Horrifically incompetent, breach of procedures, no minutes taken at meetings, no regular performance reviews, no support person offered before apprenticeship suspended the day before 2nd year came into effect. We will not stop until ATC is shut down and these young apprentices have protection from Government Grant seekers like Kerry Duck and ATC. Complete lack of respect for their young female inexperienced apprentice

They get you to come in and register and then you dont hear nothing from them.... my relative has done the registration and inductions, yet struggling to get a hold of the consultant finding work - via emails and phone calls. WASTE OF TIME!!!

BUSY At Work
I have had some horror experiences with other providers in the past, but you won’t find that here at Busy at Work Southport. I have nothing but the highest praise for the quality of service I’ve received from both Dante and Stan. Both are a pleasure to deal with, very welcoming, friendly and professional and have gone above and beyond my expectations on numerous occasions. I’ll be sorry to leave their services once I complete the training and subsequent employment they’ve arranged. Busy at Work are easily the best provider on the Gold Coast.

We have a Trainee not notified for 6 months, not given support promised not given work to complete company poor in everyway non existant communication we had to chase them. Totally unsatisfactory if they had negative star rating this mob would get -5
