Wow! What a range of colours! Lovely little walk to lookout and then access down steps to creek bed with the ochre walls. Wheel chair friendly to the lookout.

Cleland Conservation Park
The first time I saw the rooes :))Cleland Park is a popular nature park located in the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia, approximately 22 km from the city of Adelaide. The park covers an area of 35 hectares and is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including kangaroos, wallabies, emus, koalas, and a variety of bird species. One of the main attractions of Cleland Park is the opportunity to see and interact with Australian wildlife up close. Visitors can hand-feed kangaroos and wallabies, get a photo with a koala, and observe other animals in their natural habitats. The park also offers various educational programs and experiences, such as guided walks, wildlife presentations, and behind-the-scenes tours. In addition to its wildlife offerings, Cleland Park also features several walking trails that provide scenic views of the surrounding area. The park is open daily from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, and admission fees apply. It is a popular destination for both locals and tourists, and is well-regarded for its commitment to conservation and education.

Marjorie Headen Lookout
Nice quiet cul de sac, but not much of a lookout. Any views are obscured by branches, trees and nature stuff.

A very nice tribute to our past & present Defence Force, with a lot to see. Lest we forget.(Please note: Visitors should be asked to remove their hats as a sign of respect, in this sacred place)

Marjorie Headen Lookout
I was in the area and wanted to go to a lookout. I was expecting this to be the usual lookout that you would expect. It is a lookout into and over the blue gum trees. It has a nice look to it and there is a lot of wildlife here. Not what I expected but still nice to chill here.

Shrine of Remembrance
This place is really cool. I enjoyed the rich history of the museum and the great view from the top. Most of all, it’s free!I would encourage visitors to enter and look around. Australia’s involvement in the past wars is detailed extensively by the museum. They honor them in this shrine for their contributions. (The crypt area gave me the shivers.)

Cleland Conservation Park
Great place to take kids! The Reptile House was very interesting and informative, and the wildlife abundant all over the park. My grandkids loved feeding the wildlife and it was lovely to be able to see a wombat up close and personal" behind the glass in the wombat/echidna exhibit."
