Faulty unit was replaced with another faulty unit. 6 months trying to resolve and have been spoken too incredibly poorly when questioning the issues/service, and even hung up on. Should have got a refund when the first unit failed across multiple aspects. All seemed to be software related. Hands free didn’t work, reverse camera not working, keyboard freezing. Thought I’d give them a chance and help test the second new unit that had a software rollback to correct the first unit’s issues, but there was also a design change which removed volume buttons etc from both units (2022). I had to pay for shipping back. Second unit O/S was better but hands free didn’t work, then 2 days later magically worked but then stopped working 2 minutes into the call. Nobody could hear me, sounded like a matrix scramble. This was occurring frequently (working then would stop). When I sent the second unit back, Michael is saying they tested it for a day and there is no issue with it. My install was done as per instructions in a vehicle that has not been butchered. So should work. All signs pointed to the head unit being faulty.Michael of the Victoria office is ill-equipped to be dealing with customers who are simply trying to get a faulty product fixed or fully refunded. Hostile, hung up on me when I pushed back saying how unfair they are being. All dealings have just been incredibly dodgy to say the least. Cale of the Brisbane office was originally who I reached out too trying to get the head unit to work, replies were far and few between and mostly one to 10 word answers. Not much to go on.Have provided video and screenshot evidence and have witnesses to their product being faulty. Still no resolve as they are not providing a full refund. I’ve had to pay for shipping twice to send back the units, bought additional microphone to try and get hands free to work. Had my mechanic neighbour help me test/troubleshoot and see if we can fix the issues together. He called his auto electrician contact who said he’s had experience with these types of units which tend to not have proper noise cancellation hardware or something. Basically ended the call saying it was cheap Chinese made. Everything I experienced echoed this.Trying to leave a voice message? Forget it, message boxes are always full. Better value and service elsewhere. $1200 unit is not worth $100. Thought I’d support an Aussie company who would stand by their product and service. Was incredibly wrong.Update, partial refund provided. All in all I have lost 10% off the purchase price, the original shipping, plus the 2 x shipping to return both products, and 6 months of anxiety dealing with this company. I remain solid on my stance, the products are clear as day faulty. The proper testing has simply not been done on the 8” (marketed as 80 series) double din head unit. Consumers pay the cost to test their products for them. Very disappointing.

Have ordered a few parts recently from EPH and am very impressed with how quickly the parts have arrived. The support team is very helpful and knowledgeable and has been able to provide some great advice. Would highly recommend EPH and will no doubt be purchasing from them again soon.

Front and rear brake discs for a 96 Honda Blackbird. Delivery was really quick, the team kept me informed on the status of my products. Discs looks on point (haven’t fitted them yet), pattern of the discs are a nice finish too. Definitely recommend S3 Performance.

Purchased a pressure washer fitting to convert M22 15mm to M22 14mm. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. All great attributes for a business to possess when you need a specific item in a hurry. Great service all round. Highly recommend.
