Gavin and Bryan, good people to deal with. I've had several cars roadworthy inspections over the years.Yes they will find faults, because that's their job. Un like some, they are fair, there is no hoodwinking and they are reasonably priced.I've always left there with the knowledge my cars are safe.

Still waiting on reimbursement from a not at fault accident in January.I was pushed into making a claim by the woman on the phone, which I now regret.I would have been better off repaiing it myself.If I had any other choice of insurer, I would not be with Shannon's.The car was hit by FedEx whilst parked on the street.Disgraceful service and ridiculous wait times.Was initially led to believe that I was at fault for having my car parked on the street.You should be ashamed of yourself Shannon's.

Refused to insure motorcycles because they aren't stored in a shed, even if it's on a driveway or a secure backyard. Gave a harmless critique on their FB ad and one of the customer representatives, Jess, supported a comment made by a fake account who was mocking people's motorcycles. Nice PR move there. Elitist company with an insufferable customer base. Highly recommend anyone to go with their competitors.

CHECK-IT PREPURCHASE 350 POINT CAR INSPECTIONS
Bern completed a pre-purchase inspection for me including picking the car up from the dealer so I didn't even have to do anything! I needed the inspection done quite last minute and on a Saturday and he fit me in, and sent a comprehensive report. Would certainly recommend and use this service again.
