Great service from Daniel and his colleague! despite a few unforeseen scheduling hiccups, Daniel did everything possible to reschedule and fix my windscreen and did a fast and professional job. Highly recommend this friendly and professional team.

I barely ever leave reviews but when you pay 3.5k to replace some wheel bearings you don't expect to receive your car back with a buckled bonnet. I only noticed it once I'd washed the car a week or so later and mentioned it to the service centre who asked for photos and replied I have reached out to my manager and have concluded that given you recent visit occurred close to a month ago that there will be no repairs or assistance provided in relation to this concern." The damage is above the wheel that was worked on and I park in a garage or at work in my own space away from other cars.You pay a premium expecting premium service. How hard would it be to pull it out at the very least a sign of good faith to develop an ongoing relationship. I won't be returning."

Terrible customer service from both head office and local at Tweed Heads. Do not trust for windscreen replacement, that mess up the calibration and just buried there head in the sand.Have had to take car back to manufacture to be done correctly. When questioned about it was just hang up on or told they would call back, which never happened!From reading reviews seems to be a common practice, all the best would not use again.

Down to Earth owner who does an excellent job for a fair price. No BS. He just fixes your windscreen as soon as possible with a minimum of fuss. Highly recommended.

I took my Mazda CX3 into O'Brien's Wakerley on Sat. 17/12. I thank Melody for her welcome and for showing me how to work the coffee machine. I think their waiting room is the best I've been in. Everything was spotless and the cricket was on. Jay, my particular tradie, introduced himself and explained what would occur. My car was ready before time. The team was kind enough to extract most of the broken glass from the untidy boot that was lying amongst empty shopping bags. So, thanks especially to Jay and indeed anyone else involved with my car. 15 mins on the phone to a call centre to find my local shop with a broken windscreen i pouring rain , wouldnt give me the local number and hung up on me , never again
