Pre-purchase inspection for a used car I wanted to buy (Forester). Staff were friendly, and very accommodating.I asked, and was allowed to be in the passenger seat when they test drove the vehicle, which i was grateful for. Inspection report was explained to me in detail.The inspection didn't include an ODB2 scan by default, but i asked about it, and before i knew it they had pulled out the scanner and given me a print-out of the results for no extra charge.Great staff, service and results.I ended up buying the car, and at the time of writing this review, I have no regrets.

Can not rate the team at Pedders highly enough. The 2 inch lift they put in our MQ Triton was exactly what they said it would be. Much better ride in general and also towing our caravan. The guys were very informative and a pleasure to deal with. They also showed my wife the upmost respect when picking up the ute. Price was extremely competitive. If you're thinking of upgrading or having any repairs done to your vehicle, do yourself a favour and get into Pedders Cairns. Their workmanship , attention to detail and attitude towards customers is second to none and the best I've found in FNQ by far.

This place is great it was super easy to book in appointment. The guys looked me and had my issue sorted out very quickly. Would recommend that you come here for any car needs. The also specialise in muscle cars.

These guys were recommended to me and that along with reading a number of reviews I decided to have a new set of springs and a wheel alignment done. The standard of service received and the competitive price was very impressive. Good advice and old fashioned genuine service. I couldn't recommend Penrith City Tyres and Automotive more highly.

10/10 for these wonderful people, they did a great job with my front and back brakes…. Telling me the front ones didn’t really need done, which I was told by auto masters, and these guys were fantastic and saved me $300 if I had of got them done through auto masters. Very honest loyal friendly owners and staff, I will never take my car anywhere else! Thanks so much

Went in to get a quote to repair a ripped rear mudflap on a ford ranger, service was great and got the repair done within a few days. The team even managed to put on some roof racks while they had it at very short notice, appreciate the effort!
