Balloon ride tour agency

We went over the avon valley with our pilot pete. he was a great tour guide, explained a lot about the balloon and was super entertaining. everyone on the ground was taking great care of us too. overall a brilliant experience

We can highly recommend the professionalism, reassuring manner you can trust; no matter how apprehensive you might be (like the 2 of us initially were.....) . The gentle ride above the most serene and inspiring countryside can't help but invigorate the spirit ..and you feel so safe to put yourself in their hands..... Fantastic flight and everyone in the team was so friendly and nice, they explain everything and help us with all the tourist information, I will recommend it 100%, the views were incredible we saw the river and the wineries were just a great way to see this beautiful region of south Australia, the breakfast was great, they offered vegan and vegetarian good options. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a great experience from start to finish. This was a rescheduled flight due to poor weather last time for which we had excellent notice to change plans. There was a lot of flexibility rebooking (and I suggest you book directly with them and not through a 3rd company). Beautiful scenery, lovely breakfast and knowledgeable pilot - we are grateful for the super smooth landing too in the slightly windy conditions.

Amazing experience that everyone should do. So well run. I was worried I'd be nervous going up but the pilot was great and it was so smooth and stable I just enjoyed every moment. Thanks guys.

Worst experience everIf you want to enjoy your holiday, DO NOT BOOK this. We went on this ride to enjoy our holiday not to work. We paid 340$ per person and the ride was only around 30/40 minutes. We had to help them set up which was not bad but we had to help them pack up as well which was really difficult. And you must help them. They pointed at us particularly to come and help when we didn’t help them. When I looked for information, these rides are expensive because they require a lot of people to set up and pack up but these people are asking their customers to help them pack up. It’s like you pay someone to work for them. One of us even strained the shoulder. They have to have enough staff to do these kind of work but they depend on the customers to their job. Worst way to do a business. And nowhere in the description have they mentioned how difficult work the people who paid for the flight have to do. Also the plates and glasses they served the breakfast were old and dirty. I do not recommend this to anybody not even my worst enemy. Almost 4 hrs of us wasted!!

Good experience but pick up location is setup for people that are experienced with the location and not for travelers especially foreigners. There is an app and allow everyone to share their pictures with everyone but unfortunately no one did.There is a go pro setup which is a plus but it would be even better if the video can be shared with us through YouTube.

All the staff were so lovely, we had an amazing time floating around Camden and a super gentle landing with breathtaking views the entire time . Thank you for a memorable experience

Loved everything! Felt we were in safe hands. Great team. Amazing experience. Definitely one for the bucket list. Wonderful champagne breakfast to cap off a perfect morning
