Interval Weight Loss
I started following Dr. Nick Fuller's IWL plan January 2020, following a long history of on and off dieting, always able to loose some weight, but never able to maintain that loss for long before eating felt out of control again and the weight was regained, sometimes more.... round and round.I read one of Dr Nick's books, and the strong scientific basis of the IWL plan really appealed to me, together with Dr Nick's practical experience as a clinician and researcher. Then the plan went online, with an app!This plan is about learning how to eat regular nutritious foods, about moving and exercise, about replacing unhelpful habits with good habits that support and improve health.... there is no diet! It is not a quick fix, so being prepared for slow and steady progress over time is essential so as to not feel discouraged...I reached my 1st weight loss goal in October 2020, and I'm now working toward my 2nd and final weight goal.. so 11kg down now, 11cm off my waist measurement. I feel really good, I enjoy hiking more now that hills are easier! I look forward to reaching my 2nd goal in the near future and I feel optimistic about moving to maintenance mode... just a healthy way of life, and I have learned this along the way.

I have been a member of IWL for two years now. Heading towards 130kg it was time to find a program based on science and common sense. For me that was the Interval Weight Loss program. Today I am 20kg down and my life has changed in so many ways. I am so happy, I no longer fear the scales, I have changed so much of my diet and I am the happiest and healthiest I have ever been in my life. Interval Weight Loss
The IWL program has been a fantastic relief for me. It has provided a much needed road map to navigate my weight gain. I have found it relatively easy to follow, with the basis being behavioural changes. The small incremental steps within the progam provide realistic and achievable milestones that I have been able to celebrate along the way. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to have a healthy life style.

Excellent program. Turned to them when other attempts failed. A very smart and understanding approach to losing weight. No crazy meal plans, no restricted foods, just some sensible guidelines which are designed to be implemented slowly. Additional support and resources are provided and its a very affordable program. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their health, lose weight, or generally feel better in their body.

I've been following the IWL plan since the beginning of the year and I cannot recommend it enough. Its evidence-based, empathetic and practical approach has helped me achieve long-term lifestyle changes in 4 months that I'd been struggling with for at least 10 years. This is a universally suitable program. I'm Italian, based in Italy, and yet everything about the tools and knowledge base provided has felt perfectly natural to me. By far the best investment I ever made for my health.

Interval Weight Loss is the best evidenced-based approach to weight loss and health that I have found. The six Principles that underpin the program become your way of life. I really like that no food groups are excluded and that you choose to do exercise you enjoy. It is a completely sustainable way of losing weight and becoming healthy. I have achieved many personal and weight loss goals on the program and won't ever to anything else. I highly recommend trying Interval Weight Loss for yourself.
