Bicycle rental service

If you are looking for bike related advice or servicing best to go elsewhere. Servicing is costly and pretty average, have had major parts ($200 or more) replaced without being contacted or asked if I wish to go ahead. Poor advice and knowledge in anything mountain bike related. Honestly just come here for a laugh now. Nice road frames tho

Very worst service. I visited this place at 4PM & the store was closed however it was supposed to be closed at 5PM. I called customer service he was rude and hanging up phone on me. 1st he said store manager might be on a break than he said he is not able to get in touch with him. After that he blamed me that I do not have appointment and told me to come on Monday. I stood their and took the appointment of 4:15PM got the Email from them confirming my appointment.. They confirmed the appointment still no one came. I recommend not to visit this place. They are not professional.

We hired 3 bikes and rode the Zeehan Silver City trails. Nick was great to deal with and worked in with our plans. For a very reasonable additional fee Nick dropped off the bikes to Zeehan and picked them up later in the day - hassle free. The bikes were excellent and ideal for the trails.

Fantastic experience! Rented 5 bikes which were delivered to our door within the hour. Bikes were great and the service was friendly. Priced extremely well, would definitely do again.

My wife and I recently completed our 14 day hotel quarantine in Sydney. As many of you know 14 days locked inside a hotel room can have its challenges. We decided we wanted to rent a exercise bike so we got in contact with Quarantine rentals. Our experience with the crew at Quarantine rentals was second to none. We had many questions in regards to how the bike would be dropped off picked up and payment, Nicole was more then helpful, response times were quick and the condition of the exercise bike was great. If anyone is thinking of renting a exercise bike for their hotel quarantine I would highly recommend Quarantine rentals. Great service and a pleasure to deal with!

Very easy to book and get in contact when my confirmation email was lost in spam filter. We were running late for our booking and they called up to check in on us. Knowledgeable staff and very reassuring for us since we hadn't ridden bikes in nearly 15 years and aren't in the best of shape. Small sized bike was great for me (150cm). Loved the experience!

I rented a road bike from KBL and had an excellent experience! Alan took great care of my needs and the rental was a great value. KBL allowed me to change my planned rental date on short notice because of a conflict on the planned rental day, the bike I rented was essentially brand-new and in excellent condition, and all of my emails were answered promptly and completely. Alan even went so far as to lend me his personal bike air pump since I was uncomfortable riding without one (none was needed as the tubes and tires on the bike were highly puncture-resistant). I rode the Botany Bay route to the Cpt. Cook memorial past Kurnell, and then rode back to the north part of the bay at Brighton before returning back to KBL. I had a great day of cycling and a great rental experience from KBL! Highly recommended if you are planning on renting a bike for the day!

Forrest MTB hire was great! Made it so easy to enjoy the beautiful trails of the area. Would recommend to anyone wanting to give mountain biking a go.

Absolutely fabulous day out. This is well organised, the bikes were easy to ride, service and induction thorough, we had a top day!

Got a flat tire half way through the day and the extra tire they gave us had a hole in it at the pump they gave us was not compatible with the tube. We also only had 1 spare tire between the 4 of us and it was broken. I called the phone number they have us and the lady was not nice about helping us out and said we would have to pay 75$ for them to bring another tire when the one they gave us was broken. Would give 0/5 stars
