Bicycle wholesaler

I visited here a while ago for a tire change. However, I heard that it takes two weeks to change the tire, so the employee suggested to buy the tire tube and replace it myself. I asked the staff again if it was really easy to do it in person. She told me it was easy and I had a hard time dragging my electric scooter home. I've tried changing the tires over and over again, but I can never do this at home. I still can't use the scooter.

Great bikes for all the fam! Love cruising down the beach on a summers afternoon or quickly popping to the shops instead of driving and having to look for a park! Bikes look great and feel easy to ride. Having so much fun on them and all my friends without one are a tad jelly.

I am a huge fam of this company. They have great products at amazing prices and they are just down the road from me so delivery is always quick. The brake levers on my last order are excellent. High quality, great fit and they do the job perfectly.

Glen and his team are great to work with. Having used services from probably 6+ local bike shops, I now consistently go to CFN.They’re very honest and clear in their communication, they won’t try to up sell you and they’re very good value for what they do. (So much so that I’m always telling glen he needs to push his prices up!)

Very impressed with customer service/sales team, very friendly and even gave me the reduced price even though I bought the day before going on sale. I have them a call because I was spewn I missed out on 10% off and they didn't hesitate to give me deal. Happy with the Moscow plus, for the money you probably can't get any better. The whole process of buying right through to delivery was one of the best customer experiences I've had in a while.

Brilliant bikes! Awesome fun to ride in all terrain from beaches and grass to roads. Feel very safe on the road with vehicles as you take up space and feel more solid than a road bike. Everything has been thought about on these bikes, resulting in a very well crafted and put together piece of machinery. The team at Fatboy are also amazing. The personal friendly service is 10 out of 10. Did I mention these bikes are FUN!!

Shop person was rude because bike was not supposedly expensive enough!However bike was fixed appropriately despite the lack of good customer service skill from the shop owner.Would rather take my bike somewhere else next time!!!

I bought a Bolzzen scooter primarily because they are Australian made (or so I thought) and I wanted after sales service in case something went wrong with it. Six months after I bought my atom light it suddenly just died while riding. Black screen....dead. took it back to where I bought it at Hyped rides in Melbourne. I was assured it was a controller fault and that he would order a new one. After months of back and forward I am still without a working scooter. Apparently waiting on a new battery now. I tried to contact Bolzzen directly via email through their website with not even a response. Four months and still no scooter. Don't buy from this company. They have zero after sale service.After a promise that I will have my scooter back repaired this Monday (March 27).... No sign. No reply from Hyped rides. Bolzzen told me to get in touch if I still don't have my scooter as promised. But they don't have a phone number listed where you can contact and they don't reply to emails.
