Update to my previous post, hands found the best bicycle store on the coast, no bad attitudes here like many other stores, helped me immensely today with great friendly customer service A+, appreciated guys.***********Fantastic customer service and top shelf work on my bicycle gearing (they also did other adjustments and didnt charge) the work is that good I had to comment, their bicycle service work is just that much better than many others. Well done Dan and his team, buy or get your bike serviced here for a pleasant experience A+

The service was I initially great until I paid for the bike. Once I had it, they didn't seem to care about any of the issues I was having. They told me to bring it back in for a quick service after 20 hours riding, so I took it back a week later and was told they need it for 2 weeks as they were busy. Will be taking it somewhere else for servicing now.

Purchased a new bike and had another one serviced recently Really helpful and knowledgeable people. Good range of accesories and bits. Will be back.Edit...I didn't lie, I keep going back. Help with my first flat tyre, check. Repair new tyres and service on our other bike (again), check. This is a pretty busy shop and I'm really impressed with how much time the owner has for the tribulations of a new bike owner/rider. Also should mention after riding it for a couple weeks that I really like the bike I bought there, it was a good match for my needs.
