Very disappointed!Had a appointment Wednesday cause I was showing symptoms of Influenza A, before I was aloud in I had to complete a rat test to return back negative ( which is completely fine and understandable) after a negative result I went in to tell them my symptoms ( was quite severe at the point) the doctor I had said she was doing a few Influnza A tests that she had to send off to confirm. 2 days later I got a message from the pathogy saying my covid 19 test was negative? Not once did she help my situation or get back to me like she said she would, first time at this place and certainly the last! Do not recommend whatsoever!!!

Disgusting business practices . Told me on the phone they bulk bill. Said anything over 10 minutes is charged . After waiting 20 minutes after my appointment time for a doctor I go in at 3:24 and I come back out to reception at 3:42 and the doctor stated I was in there for 11 minutes and wanted to charge me over $60 for 1 minute. The brown haired lady at the counter was very quite rude

My wife and I have been patients of this Practice for several years and find it a true one stop shop for your medical needs. Minor surgical, pathology, diabetic, women's health,aged and General Practice activities are conducted in a newly renovated premise.All the doctors and nurses are highly qualified, professional and friendly which quickly puts all patients at ease.It is easy to form a bond with this Practice as they truly have the welfare and health of the patient as their core reason for practising.On arrival, first class, pleasant receptionists make you feel like you're an individual and not a number and explain everything that is needed to know about your forthcoming appointment. Nothing is too much bother for the staff members of this .The Wellness Medical Centre is deserving of the highest accolades.

My husband went here for a covid shot. He had an appointment thank goodness because apparently when youre a walk in they just cram a bunch of unvaccinated people in one small room to get the shot.There was no social distancing or masks (except my husband) and the waiting room was packed.I can't be vaccinated and I'm terrified of all these people treating it like it's not even happening. It risks my life and the lives of other immunocompromised people.If you want to be safe, don't come here.

Happy to share the my vasectomy experience with all.
