Very poor customer service. You enter and ring and wait and the staff ignores the full waiting room. Walking by and avoiding to look at the people waiting when there is obviously nobody in the collection rooms. I understand that the staff might have other tasks too, but at least an acknowledgement and some information that we need to wait or how much we would need to wait would be appropriate.

Dr Sukhdeep is very nice and would have given a higher rating but staff here is extremely rude. With Geraldine the pathologist being curt and sarcastic when I asked her to not touch a sensitive vein during blood collection. I ended up not going through with her. Maybe she has personal issues but she should treat clients professionally.

The worst clinical Labs! I went twice, first time the guy was rude and he definitely doesn’t have any empathy with the patients. Second time: bad luck, the same guy again, he is unprofessional and shouldn’t be working in health care. I never come back to this place. Horrible experience
