Boat storage facility

The management systems is completely good, even the storage conditions is good & clean, safe and comfortable place cleaned from any harmful insecthan or moisture to create harmful destroying any items which you keep it in there.

Very friendly staff and the service is fantastic.

Highly recommend! Best price that we could find on the coast, really well maintained storage yard, and very responsive staff. We had trouble figuring out how to input the entry code when we first arrived but called the office and got someone straight away to help us out (and on a Sunday too!).

We were having some issues with our previous real estate agents resulting in a potential tenant cancelling their contract and losing their bond due to the agents. We contacted Stone real estate and within 48hr we had the same tenant back, signed on and moved in. They were extremely helpful not just for us but I believe the tenant as well. We have been nothing but happy with their service thus far. Would happily recommend their services.

Today, my scout group had 15 kids in canoes on the water, and we had a massive storm hit. The boat shop owner Tom was fantastic. He offered the parents a place to get dry while waiting and had boats on standby. If we needed to get the kids out of the water, we even had a couple of locals take us up river to sight the kids. Such an amazing group of people and we can't thank them enough for what they did today. Thank you so much!

Entry gate not operational on 3 separate occasions. Called the after hours number with no help offered. Advice given ‘someone should be there at 0900’. Left at 0920 as on one showed up. Blaxland storage has been terrible since it was taken over by National Storage.

Absolutely wonderful. Couldn't have hoped for better.The storage facility itself ticked all the boxes... No pun intended. There were plenty of size options, the lockers were all empty with walls and roofs, lockable and the whole place was very clean. The pricing was very competitive. The location was great and easily accessible.But the cherry on top of your storage experience is the effervescent staff who go out of their way to help you find the right solution and make sure you feel right at home. They were responsive, helpful and friendly and very polite.Anyone who says customer service is dead in Australia should do themselves a favour and get over to Storage King Burleigh Heads.Would definitely recommend.

Staff and facilities are great. Samantha was extremely helpful in arranging our storage and dealing with my constant questions and requests. The process was smooth, efficient and Samantha made it an absolute delight. Thank you!
