Wow what a day. It was a early start as we caught the bus to the fast boat. What a perfect day, blue sky and not much swell on the ocean. On the boat they made sure everyone got to see everything. There is a toilet on board, but I wouldn't go unless you have good balance. The tour was well worth the money and photography heaven.

We have used Jervis Sailing Charters for our work Christmas party for the past 3 years now. Allan and his crew are always so friendly and accommodating it is hard to fault. The boat is amazing and Jervis bay is never disappointing. Thanks Allan we will be back from Team Nest Residential Design.

Friendly and energetic staff! Who know well what they are doing! We saw whales breaching on the way out and back. The dive spots are pristine and full of life(contrary to the rumours that the GBR is mostly dead due to bleaching). The ship was packed yet all our needs were taken care off. Definitely recommend!

Our trip had it all. Wet and wild to balmy and sunny. The guides wove a fabulous itinerary around those extremes. As well as taking us on the adventure of a lifetime they also provided us with insights into a place they are clearly passionate about and then topped it off every evening with great food.

We absolutely loved this trip. I couldn’t recommend it any more highly. The crew were brilliant, Alex, Maz, and Luke, they were really fun, informative and really reassuring when it came to dietaries. We saw amazing animals, did some great snorkelling. This really is the best way to see the Whitsundays. You have to do this trip. It’s the best.

Two full hours of floating on the ocean surrounded by these magnificent mammals of the ocean, you couldn't ask for better. Lee is a wonderful host that is full of knowledge and Mack the dog has the best Whale radar. Yes, you can get to the action faster on the jet boats but I've found the whales seem to be very curious and want to come up close of their own accord to the quieter slower boat and spend time just swimming alongside us. Highly recommended them

First time visiting Townsville and had some fun on the jet skis. One of the best ways to see the city and surrounds. The crew is super professional and knowledgeable. I will be recommending to everyone in Brisbane. Thanks again.

Edit:- Changing the rating as finally crystal swan did respond and I got the gifts which were supposed to be given to me.About Crystal Swan- It's like a small floating palace on the most beautiful river- Swan River. The crew is helpful, professional. They gave me two Chips when I ordered just one as there was a slight delay in delivering the order. And boy o boy, the chips are delicious. You have two dance floors with wireless headphones. What more can one ask for? I will surely be a part of another event on crystal Swan very soon.Old post:- So I attended a charity event on 21st February2021, everything was good until I was told to buy 3 tickets for 15 AUD and they said that few sponsors are giving away gifts. So I purchased it and I won. Then the lady who claimed to be associated with Crystal Swan announced my name as one of the lucky winner, took my phone number, email address and said that I will be contacted within a week by her to receive the gifts. Now it's been more than a month and I received nothing. It's not just me but even the other two lovely ladies who won , didn't receive their prizes/gifts. I called up Crystal Swan on the phone number which is listed about 2 weeks back and the person did say that the lady is associated with them and she might have just forgotten to contact me and so she will contact me within 2 days, but it looks like that was another white lie. Now they are not even answering my calls. So $15 does matter as it's a hard earned money and I already paid $50 for the Charity event ticket. Hence for making a fool out of people who actually would have loved to board Crystal Swan again, I am going to give 1 star review. In this time of COVID 19 pandemic, the last thing we need is cheaters. Pathetic.

Wow, what a little gem Torquay Palms turned out to be. Our experience from beginning to end with the staff was friendly and respectful. The gardens well kept, the accommodation modern, clean, beautifully decorated with all the amenities and bits and pieces provided. We wished we could have stayed longer.

We travelled an hour each way from where we we staying and it was totally worth it. Two amazing hosts who love what they do and are passionate and knowledgeable about the local area. Beautiful hand crafted boat, unbelievably comfy. All six of us aged 8 to 70 had an awesome time. Couldn't ask for nicer people who made it special for all of us. Great food included in price and very reasonably priced local wines. Tour was a bit pricier than other/closer options but thankfully they weren't available as this tour was worth every cent.
